Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 25, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use this website, request a quote, or have work performed by HV Auto Glass Denver ("we", "us", "our"). By requesting a quote or authorizing work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our services

We provide windshield replacement, windshield and rock chip repair, door and side window glass, back glass, and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) camera calibration. We offer mobile service at your home, workplace or roadside within our service area, as well as in-shop service. Service availability depends on your vehicle, the glass required, weather and scheduling.

3. Quotes and estimates

Quotes are provided free and without obligation. Because glass, moldings, sensors and adhesives vary by vehicle, any quote given before we inspect your vehicle is an estimate. The final price may change if:

We will tell you about any price change and get your approval before continuing.

Chip and crack repairs improve appearance and help stop a crack from spreading, but results vary. A repair may remain faintly visible, and in some cases a chip cannot be repaired and a full replacement is the only safe option. We will advise you which applies to your vehicle.

4. Insurance claims and "$0 out of pocket"

As a convenience we can file your glass claim for you and bill your insurer directly. Please understand:

5. Appointments, mobile service and cancellations

Appointment times are estimates and may shift due to weather, traffic, parts availability or earlier jobs running long. We will keep you informed if your time changes.

For mobile service you agree to provide a safe, legal, reasonably level place to work with enough room around the vehicle. Adhesive requires suitable temperature and dry conditions; we may need to reschedule for weather or move the work in-shop. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Please give us as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule. Special-order glass that has already been purchased for your vehicle may be non-returnable, and we may charge for it.

You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to approve work on it.

6. ADAS calibration and safe drive-away

Many vehicles have cameras or sensors mounted to the windshield that operate lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking and adaptive cruise control. When a windshield is replaced, these systems generally require recalibration.

7. Workmanship warranty

We warrant our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle, against installation defects including water leaks, wind noise and stress cracks caused by faulty installation. If our work is at fault, we will correct it at no charge.

The warranty does not cover:

Glass and parts themselves carry only the warranty offered by their manufacturer. To make a claim, contact us and allow us to inspect the vehicle.

8. Payment

Payment for any amount not covered by insurance is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may withhold warranty service on unpaid balances.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of income, rental costs, towing or missed appointments.

We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle, or for pre-existing damage revealed during the work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Website use

Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice. It is not a warranty, and it is not legal, insurance or safety advice about your specific vehicle. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or use it to send automated or fraudulent requests. Site content, logos and design are our property or used with permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Denver, Colorado. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
